Brent & Hannah {Wedding}

Brent & Hannah met at their local community college where they served in the Honor Society as public relations officers. Friendships turned to something more, and many activities and lunches together grew their affections towards one another. They spent time going on dates in Brent's truck, and after several years of dating even got a dog together. Their day was filled with blessings and lots of love from family members and close friends.

A close family friend did all the girl's hair & Hannah was so grateful.

See? Cute little touches all throughout the day. This was put on the bottom of Hannah's shoes since their dog couldn't be there for the wedding.

Hannah also wore the same earrings her mother did on her wedding.

Hannah's mom made all of the bridesmaid dresses, and literally sewed the girls into the dresses the day of. So much time and care was put in by her mother and she did such a wonderful job.

Hannah & her sister are so close, and it was beautiful to see them together throughout the day laughing and enjoying one another.

Mrs. Grant also made every part of Hannah's dress. Such time and care was put into the dress!

As I was with the girls, Dad was over with the guys, where he spent the time taking pictures and making sure every guy's tie was on straight. ;)

I do love a fun sock color. Such a snazzy touch!

With the house in an excitement and lot's of "Do you have this?" chatter around, Hannah was off to the car to be married!

Hannah's Dad drove her to the church. :)

And as the sun finally started to peak through the clouds, all the bridesmaids arrived, and it was time to get married!

Love how the light shined through the church beautifully.

Married!
Photobucket

My favorite part of the wedding is after the ceremony. I always make sure I give time for my bride and groom to have some moments alone to sink everything in, and during that time I put on my 80-200mm lens and grab some quick pictures. It feels like the most precious moment of the day and I love that i'm able to capture it.

And sometimes they have an audience. ;)
Photobucket

Brent made sure he had a foot stool for Hannah to use so she could get into his truck. Class, Brent!
Photobucket

"I love everything about Brent." Hannah says. "I love how he makes me laugh and cares for me!"
Photobucket

"I love that Hannah will sincerely listen to everything I say/feel/think whenever I feel down. She is there to pick me up with enthusiasm and laughter."
Photobucket

They are so genuine.

Hannah had such a lovely, funny, thoughtful, and great bridal party. I loved working with them! :)
Photobucket

Wa laa! :)

They danced, they sang, they ate blue colored candy that matched their color, and it was a fun reception had by all. :)

Loved this shot of Hannah's Mom & Dad.

Senior Shoot:. David

David is a delightful friend of mine! He asked me to take his seniors and I was so happy to oblige.

Photobucket

We had a wonderful time, can't you tell? ;) His serious face is definitely.. Well, serious. "Ok now look at me like you don't want to kill me. hahaha"
Photobucket

But it wouldn't take you long to realize what a polite and great guy he is!
Photobucket

Photobucket

I have the privilege of graduating with David this spring, yay class of 2012!
Photobucket

We walked all over downtown Frederick and I loved getting to know him better. He shared how God had been working in his life, what he was looking forward to, and his thoughts on the missions trip he's going on this summer with Church. I enjoyed it!
Photobucket

David has an immense skill with using Lasso's. So good in fact, that he has his own business, where he will make and do performances for clients. This picture doesn't do him justice for all the amazing things he can do, but it was very cool to see him in his element. :)
Photobucket

David also makes his own whips. Yeah, you can be impressed now. ;)
Photobucket

Photobucket

Annnnd he thinks i'm funny. Oh yes. :D
Photobucket

David also did an internship at the police station where he learned SO much. His goal is to become a cop, so it just made sense to get some pictures at the station. I may or may not have used the tacky "I'm taking you downtown" line when I said where we were going next. Don't hate dear reader, i'm a sucker for a good tacky pun. ;P hahaha
Photobucket

To go with his snazzy police skills, he bought an actual cop car. It's quite fancy and he's very proud of it. As he should be!
Photobucket

David, I had a wonderful time with you! Thanks for letting me yap your ears off about prom, talk about what you're up to, and hear all my little random photography stories. I'm looking forward to graduating with you!

Stay Beautiful,
Anne

Portrait Session:. Studio Photography

This weekend I hopped on the metro and headed down to DC for the Photoshop World expo! It was so cool to see all the vendors (Pretty sure mac computers and lightroom are the biggest things ever to hit the photography world) and expand my photography horizons! My favorite part was that certain stations were set up with models just so that you could go up, start shooting, and have a hands on experience with professional models. This was perfect for me because it gave me a chance to work with light that wasn't sunlight. ;) It was also an experience to work with an actual model. Not going to lie, these aren't my normal, peppy, "ae photography" kind of photos, but it was a new fun thing to explore! I hope you enjoy them. :)
