Jonathan & Holly {Wedding}

Jonathan & Holly met at the Air Force Academy and were married in June at the Air Force Chapel.  Because of this, they had a reception back home in Maryland to celebrate with Holly's side of the family & her friends.  It was such a lovely day!  My favorite part of weddings are the getting ready time and the reception, but by the time I make it to the reception i'm pretty tired.  This wedding was the best because they skipped the ceremony and instead showed a video of it during the reception!  I've known Holly since I was 5, and it's so surreal to think that I would be shooting this for her!  It's so wonderful to catch up with old friends.  :)

As they got ready I talked to Holly.  (And maybe helped curl her hair? ;)  "So what are your wedding colors?"  *Big smile*  "Hot pink!"  "Oh yes, I can tell.  :D"

She told me all about Jonathan "He's from Texas!  We wears a hat, and boots, and everything!  I love it.  I love him, it's so great.  I love today, it's like a wedding without all the stress.  What about you?  Any guys in your life?"

They chatted and hair sprayed and got all ready together as sisters.  :)  Photobucket

Then we headed over to the Country Club for their pictures.

We drove all around in the golf carts.  :)

Everything was in full swing when we made it back to the reception, and the details were lovely with there hot pink!

Now that's how you cut a cupcake! Photobucket

Holly's Dad is the owner of our local Chick-fil-a (shout out to their lemonade!  I die with joy each time I drink it)  and he had a surprise for her.  ;)  Photobucket

The Chick-fil-a cow made an apparence to really get the party started! Photobucket

It was definitely a celebration.  :)

It was a lovely "wedding" and I enjoyed every part!  Congratulations and Jonathan & Holly!

Stay Beautiful,
Anne
