Group Shoot {Lifestyle}

I did such a fun shoot this past week. My dear friend, Courtney, turned 16, and all of us girls had been planning her surprise party for months. :D We all got dressed up, did hair/make up, all that jazz, and than went downtown to surprise her while she was having lunch! We then wisked her off for a photoshoot, something Courtney had been asking me to do for a while and something that I myself had wanted to do as well! I LOVE doing family shoots with lots of kids, because group photoshoots are just amazing. All these girls know me so well & they were so comfortable with my shooting style. We had a ball, and their beauty really shines!

First we had to walk through downtown to get to the park. :)

We walked in our heels, short dresses, curly hair, and purses for what seemed like forever that day. At the end we had to stop for starbucks because one can only take 40 degrees for so long before they feel like their legs are frozen. ;)

Mmmk this is one of my favorite things to do for group shoots. The runway walk. I tell the girls to own their inner Tyra Banks and do whatever kind of pose they want. The results are so great.
